Horrible parking almost no handicapped parking, Horrible floor plans, WAY overpriced, security gates and all walk-thru access gates are always broken, left open, or inoperable. the laundry room is tiny never locked or secure you have to drive out of the community and around the office/club house to get to the door to the laundry facility, the pool is never locked and everyday kids of all ages from about 4 to 16 play in and around the pool unsupervised a serious oversite and a tragedy just waiting to happen the office is set up where they can't see the pool. the children run around like wild animals because there is nothing for them to do! no playground nothing. nobody picks up after there animals, there was suppose to be restrictions on dogs like no rotties, pits, dobies etc. but they let a warrant server for manatee county sheriffs have a huge dobermam and there are lots of pits and rotties not to mention HUGE greatdanes 2 or 3 mastiffs etc and they have huge piles of crap everywhere. lots of people have had golfballs destroy their vehicles busted windows and it takes maintenance months to fix because the hole is right by one of the buildings the golf course offered to put up a net for free and the community would rather have it look good instead of protect their residents property. one guy had to duct tape his window for 3 or 4 months before they fixed it. I heard from another niehbor that a maintenance man got in his apartment without his permission and stole a bank envolpe with cash in it and left his pen on the counter next to the microwave that he had a work order to fix! All the maintenance men do is hang out in the back and smoke cigarettes! I f you choose to move to a bigger unit or another building or want to change to a unit with a garage even if you are upgrading to a bigger more expensive unit and even if you lease is up and you sign a new one they charge you $400!!! what the hell they charge extra for views that suck they charge extra for floorplans that suck they charge a pet deposit and pet rent every month you can pay nearly a thousand dollars even for a one bedroom with out a washer and dryer no free cable nothing just alot of noise the smell of human waste and REALLY bad tasting and smelling water from the water treatment plant next door. no good amenities no hot tub, no spa, no playground for the kids the units are just like the cheapest apartments I lived in during college in bad neighborhoods but with some stupid track lighting! there is much much more but this is long enough!
