I just renewed my lease here and I love my Apartment. I have a 3/2/2 and it has alot of space and i have more then enough room for my stuff. I have not lived in Fl that long and i rented in another complex in bradenton and looked at just about all of them before i rented here and the springs by far is the best place. I do have some concerns about the parking and people not picking up after there dogs and the way some of the kids in the complex run around the gym and pool but i have spoken with the office and they seems to be trying to get everything under control. When you live in an apartment complex with hundreds of people there are bound to be a few that are rude and dont care about keeping the complex nice but that shouldnt make the whole place bad. I do hope that they can fix some of the issues but i love it here and i intend to live here for years. Every place has it good and bad points but I enjoy living here. i hope this review helps.
