place suck..........charge fees for bull.......I do not recommend this place.......smells all the time like poop.......gates are always broken.............the office people are fake...they pretend to be nice when you first move in...but when you do not renew with them, they treat you like crap too......they don't help you....they try to charge you for every little thing........................DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH YEA I FORGOT TO MENTION, ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE STOLE OUR PSP (PLAYSTATION PORTABLE), IT IS A HANDHELD GAME. TILL THIS DAY WE CANNOT FIND IT. SO IF YOU DO DECIDE TO LIVE HERE, YOU BETTER LOCK UP YOUR EXPENSIVE THINGS BEFORE YOU LET THEM IN!

Yeah I had $480 dollars in cash and a check come up missing from them they have a thief working for them! And they have their heads so far up their A$$es they wont even investigate him!

When I looked at apts there they showed me the model. They said none were available, but one was becoming available and they would call me in a week or so. They never called. This happened a second time too with the same guy -- an ------- American guy in his 20s-early 30s. I don't know if he still works there, but he was incompetent.

I'm not sure why you don't post with your username. If you have a legitimate complaint, and notified them of your problem, I would assume posting anonymously isn't going to prevent them from knowing who made the post. As to the fees. I only am aware of two fees: garage and late payments. I'm assuming you noticed the hefty late payment fees. They are a bit excessive, but they definitely encourage me to pay on time. The smell is reclaimed water. If you are new to the Sarasota area, or are used to living no where near grass lawns, it may take some getting used to. The gates are almost always broken. This does annoy me. I haven't had anything stolen. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Nobody stole your crap ya losers! The Springs is the nicest apartment community in Bradenton. Think twice before you accuse someone of stealing OR of incompetence; check your mirrors first ;)
