I have been here for 2 yrs didn't have any smells but overlooked the golf course and got hit a few times by the golfers. Moved up front more noise, more smell,and alot more unleashed animals. My dog has been attacked 4 times. No one picks up after there dog so you have to watch your step. If you move her try one of the back ones the front one's are not real good.

I agree, we have a dog and I always pick up after her, I feel like we are the only ones that do this, you have to walk with your head down through the grassy areas, complaining to the office does nothing since I have witnessed somebody that works in the office not picking up after there dog. Oh well, only 9 more months till we are out of here.

Really thats quite interesting since they said they have been policing this. I caught some one who does not live here let his dog out of the car and use the bathroom while he set in the car and when the dog came back they left thru the gate.?!

I've lived here for a year. Hated it since the first day I moved in. There is too much traffic in and out. The sun sets on the front of my apartment so in the summer the apt is hot and bright, even with blinds. The noise is unbelievable. Starts first thing in the morning when my neighbor opens the garage door which is located directly under my apt. Water company starts up around 7am with noisy work, and throughout the day someone is always running a lawnmower, weedeater, or a leafblower. It never stops. Thank goodness this is my last month.
