My wife and I have been living here for 2 years now and I have got to say that I have NEVER seen a manager in that office as BAD as the Property Manager, Jennifer. Jamie the leasing girl is always there doing her damndest to keep the place up and running. The only problem that we have with Sun Chase is if we need to talk to the Manager about something she is never there and Jamie never has the authority to do anything but to help people that walk through the door, take messages etc. I can't believe that the owners can be so blind to not know that Jennifer is NEVER there. Please do not judge Sun Chase for my input because other than the Manager, the office personel is wonderful. The apartments are wonderful. It would just be wonderful to get a Manager in there that cares about the Apartment Complex as much as the other office staff and tenants do.
