My Wife and I have lived at Sun Chase for 4 years now and love it. Despite all the management change, it's a pretty place to live. Jamie and Amanda are always pleasant and has always been nice to my family. Anyone who reads this should definately make their own opinion on Sun Chase, and hopefully my review will count for something.
