Here is a small update on sunchase I used to live there about 2 years ago I do service work for a local company so I go to sunschase every so often.

What was broke 2 years ago is still broke TODAY!!!

only exception in new stairs to the second floor units since they were falling down they had too 20.00 says not for the residents but the law suites that could happen

Totally agree! The ONLY motivation behind the stair replacement was the math showing the repair work (no doubt still contracted to the lowest possible bidder) was less expensive than a series of potential personal injury or wrongful death lawsuits.
