Sunchase apartments is horrible. The residents that are here do not care about the grounds and trash it, are noisy and do not have any regard for their neighbors. If you are a nonsmoker and live in the same building as a smoker, secondhand smoke will seep thru the walls and vents in the bathrooms and your apartment will smell like a cheap hotel room. The corporation that owns it will not help you in any way if you have a complaint - they will completely ignore you. They raise rents as much as possibleand do not offer any good amneties. Stay away from this apartment complex.
