I have lived here for quite some time, and I was disheartened when I asked for new carpet in my apartment and was told that I need to move to a different apartment in order for that to happen. Not only that, I'd have to re-apply, put another deposit down, and put another pet deposit down. The rent here is ridiculously high for the foreclosure rate around the area. I had tried to be tolerant while the complex went through an upheaval in management, but it has only worsened. The clientele that has started to move in is concerning as well. I know longer feel safe taking a walk at night around the complex. I recommend to keep searching instead of moving here. There are places that are better than this.
