I have lived at Sunchase only 2 months and have been told so many lies. The amount of rent the guy told us ended up changing. Our amount of pet deposit changed. They close the Jacuzzi at 9pm when we were told 11pm. Which is rediculous if they close at all, to be so early. Aren't we adults. And also the Jacuzzi is always down. More than half the time it stays the same temperature as the pool. And if you have pets OMG. They tell you your dog is welcome no matter what kind it is, even if it says different in the lease and then after you sighn the lease its a different story. Basically they will tell you anything to get you moved in and once you have sighned the lease its a whole different story. I am already preparing to move.
