I wouldn't recommend this place at all. In the 4 years I lived there, they kept saying that the irrigation system was going to be fixed,(it never has been),the buildings were going to be painted, they were going to put new blinds and lighting fixtures in, NOTHING has ever been done. The only thing they ever do is plant new flowers and mulch around the entrance to the complex, and in front of the leasing office. There is no grass,nor much of any shrubbery,only dirt. The hot tub is broken more than it works. The appliances in the apartments are old, and so are the air conditioning units. All you ever get from the company is lip service. They have done very little. There are many more complexes that are much nicer, for the same amount of rent, or even less, than what you would pay at Sunchase. So why would you move there,when you can move to a much nicer place'

This place should be CLOSED!!! I too lived there 4 years and it just kept getting BAD! I moved out at the end of my lease and 3 months later I got a Letter saying I owen them money for not giving them a letter saying I was leaving at the END OF MY LEASE!!!! Try to milk money out of me after I had been gone for months. Then what made me leave to start with was my Elec. Bill was Double because the A/C was so bad it was in the $200's a month for a 1 bed room apt. I owed double on a water because the office could never get it right and than they have the NUTZ to try and get more money out of me Lucky for me I had a lawyer! Save your time and look anywhere is better even the Y.M.C.A.
