I have had a few very minor problems with my apartment. I spoke with management and someone immediately came to fix them! (when I say minor: My hot water heater wasn't hot enough and I didn't know how to turn the temp up. My A/C wasn't staying at the right temp, the thermostat was dusty on the inside an just needed to be dusted) There are areas for me to let my dog go potty that are easy to get to from any apartment in here. The staff is very nice and are very welcoming! My kind of place.

I think people need to be positive in life. Buy a home!!!! Do not rent. Multi housing living anywhere....no matter how much you pay in rent from $400 to $2,000 you will always have some issues. Money does not buy class!!!! Champion's Walk is the new name with a whole new look and the nicest management staff and a great maintenance team. Any comments that are negative are from unhappy people in life no matter where they live!
