I can't believe some of the reviews I have read. I don't agree with any of the negitive reviews. I've lived at Sun Chase for 17 years and never plan on leaving. This is my home! The staff is great. The neighborhood is quiet. My neighbors are always nice. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Well, I'd say you're either someone working for CNC Investments who is planting a false review to raise the rating, or you're a rare exception to what has become the norm at Sun Chase.
I agree...years ago...I'd even say up until a couple of years ago (when CNC forced out Jamie) it was a really nice place for what it is.
But now it's just been steadily rolling downhill.
If you're really a tenant and are really that happy and have truly had no problems at all, then good for you.
Wish the rest of us could share in your good fortune.
