I live there for a year, while saving for a home. I moved out in september of 2003. While I was living there it seemed like they would let anybody live there, "what happened to the credit check''". Management was good at first, then changed hands and the place got ran down. There were many robbings and people even had apartments broken into. There was also parties until the morning and beer bottles thrown at the parking lot. Maintenance was slow, there were also a termite problem. For the price there is better out there.
