My husband and I could only take it for a year- until the end of our lease. The parking is just horrible! This place is poorly designed. We drove by here today and the place is getting worse. The buildings have mildew. The bricks are not pointed. Paint is peeling on the wood siding. Security was not great also. You could not leave your windows open and this is FLORIDA! Not even a crack! If you are a current renter, make sure that you are with them when they do an exit inspection.
