I would not recommend this apartment complex. The management is snotty the maintenance staff don;t know how to fix anything properly.

Take a look at the rat boxes they have all over the property. There is a continual problem with roaches

When I moved in, supposedly they shampooed the carpet. I could smell the odor of the previous tenant's dog and when I moved out, I still smelled that dog.

The management did nothing to the 16 year old living next to us and his loud music. In fact, they allowed my neighbor to dump dog feces on my doorstep with no consequences. Their excuse ... you can't prove who dumped the feces on your doorstep! Well, who else would have done it after I complained about the 16 year kid playing his music so loudly''''

I was charged time and a half on a plumbing bill that the plumber never worked a lick past 5 p.m. The management refused to contact the plumber and told me I had to pay for it. I refused to pay for time and a half and paid only straight time. This didn't make management very happy. Not to mention when the plumbing problem began, it happened at midnight. I had feces backed up into one of my bathtubs which is a health issue. No one bothered coming out until 3 p.m. the following day, so we had to smell the stench in the apartment for more than 15 hours.

When it came time for the renewal of the lease, management just decided they didn't want to renew ours. I got down on the ground and kissed it when that happened! They really did us a favor because we now live in brand new luxury apartments and consider their apartments nothing but the ghetto. Oh yes, they tried to stiff me on the water bill when I left. They did deduct some off the bill, but we didn't live there for three weeks out of the month so the bill could not have been that high

I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex as a doggie hotel let alone a habitat for humans.
