Avoid this place! I was on the 2nd floor. The neighbor beneath me would complain to the office evry time I walked in my apartment (note, I said walked, not stomped) The "soundproofing" they claim is a joke. The maintenance here is horrible. The buildings are falling apart. The kitchen appliances look like they are about 100 years old and barely work (esp. the dishwasher). The office staff is absolutly horrible. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional staff in my life. They could care less about you. It took a letter to their corporate office just to get anything fixed and then they tried to charge all the repairs back to me upon move out. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND ALL OTHER AIMCO APTS!!!! AIMCO SUCKS!
