The area where this apartments complex is located is terrible, every car has to have the club, it don't matter if you have a 74 pinto if you don't have the club it will get stolen,,BELIEVE ME.... Parking is also terrible there are no assigned parks, and some some people have like 3 cars. and it's hard when you stay up stairs then when you get back from grocery shopping you have to park far, then walk far, then walk up stairs :( The staff is very nice and always prompt on service though. They have an ant problem, but the have been trying to solve it. I don't recommend anyone to move here because it is not safe at all.

I think that it is not fair what this review has put out about this complex.Avondale is a complex for the people who stay and know about the area,and that is mostly ------ and people with low income who knows and was brought up in the area, some one like me. I plan to move back in to avondale in 2006 when I get the money saved up.I think if people complain about it then they should help better the situation or MOVE OUT!! so the less picky can have a home.
