I am a former tenant, Treesedale isn't in the best area in Bradenton & if you're not familiar with the area you will not be comfortable there. It's not at all that Treesdale is a bad place to live, nothing could be further from the truth. Its just location location location. These apartments have been around close to 30yrs, but their still in great condition. I was very very very satisfied with management!! Naomi and Ashley are awesome!!!! I mean I wanted to take them with me when I moved so that I would be sure to have great management wherever I went. They were always proffessional and always curtious, Even in the most trying situations with the most difficult tenants, and they were always on top of things. Ashley and Naomi were just the type of people to have in a position such as theirs. Because they are people people. They have great people skills. They are a couple of diverse young women, able to get on any level with any type, I've seen them in action. There was never ever an issue with that staff. Even maintanence, Art was great and so was Michelle, always there promptly in response to work orders!! I would even see Art out on the property and he would help me if I needed him. These were very real very friendly people. PRICELESS!!!!!
