Very Good for the short time we have lived here.

We have been here for a short time but so far so good. Nice size apartments for the money and kept clean inside and out. The outside noise isn't to bad considering we are right off cortez. The neighbors so far are pretty quiet. The staff so far is quite good when things need to get done they do it in a timely manner. The price is right and fair compared to most apartments in Bradenton that are much smaller and alot more exspensive.Location is great for shopping and work.
