We have lived here a little over a month and so far, so good. Upon acquiring the apartment, we found that "LaRue," one of the Staff Ladies, was extremely helplful, courteous, and friendly. The noise level is extremely low, the neighbors seem overly friendly, and our apartment, a 2/2, is large, spacious, and nice. The only thing I don't like is the fact that there is no pool or central clubhouse for apartment renters. Barring this dislike these properties are o.k. but not worth the money without pool and clubhouse. The rent should be shaved 40 or 50 dollars without these added amenities.
