These apartments cost now what they were supposed to cost about 5 years or so ago but they are so stubborn and ridiculously prideful that they want the rent to be similar to other apartment that offer much more. Is no wonder most of their apartments are empty!

If you are a hillbilly from the mountains of KY, TN or NC then you will be happy here. But if you like your sports, your high speed internet for work or school or to take a dip in the pool once in a while this place is not for you.

First, the cable and internet they offer is from a dinosour company in some state up north that over charges you more than any cable or satelite company for about 20 channels more. They give you about 25 for free, yes, but they are the worst channels there is. Verizon will be your limited choice(no fios)and neither other companies have permits nor are allowed to installed their services there.

There are no other ammenities or pool here. Their advertising is totally a crock! The pool is for the residents of the condos.
someone mentioned about the tilted floors. Beware because if you live in the second or third floor you can end up in the first. The apartments are totally outdated and the carpet!!! oooooh! that ugly carpet that they installed every once in a while when they have no choice and most times is not even brand new!!! The worst carpet at homedepot is far better and prettier than that ugly dark grey carpet they so shamefully use to replace sometimes when someone moves! Doesn't match anything!!!

Oh the laundry room! Since there are no washer and dryer hook ups in the apartments you will have to do your laundry out. The laundry is dirty all the time. Not well taken care of and you have to go out since big blankets nor comforters will fit in those small washers.

If you do decide to take a dip in this venture then, by all means, Go right ahead. But I advice you to make a 3 month lease instead of a year since by the second I am sure you will be "done" with the crap that you will have to endure. Oh! you can sneak a satelite in the lanai as a last resort!
