During one of my years of moving, I lived here for a year.

We moved in just as it was just finished being built.

Pros:
- The layout was huge. The largest I have lived in.
- Everything was new. So thats always nice.
- The staff was actually very helpful, even after we moved in.
- You could walk to Wal-Mart. Talk about convienance!
- The maintenance staff were great.

Cons:
- our neighbors were loud!
- No balcony.
- Terrible speed bumps. I had to have my shocks replaced after living there.
- It's low-income housing so you had to reapply and resubmit an application every year.
- Our building was okay but other building had fights and quite a few times, the cops had been called.
- the worst parking ever. I work nights so I'd get home and I had to park a good 5 or six building away.

Overall, I haved lived in worst places and in better places. So I give it a 50 / 100.
