Basically my husband and daughter and I were looking to move into here, gave them all the money that was to be given to get in to be approved and such, but they still have yet after 2 and a half months to return the refundable money to us. They told us it would only take 30 days, but after that we were calling over and over to get told lies about how the money is in the mail, in which each time we talked to someone different to find out and be told a whole another story about when and where the money is and such. These people DO NOT care about you, ONLY theirselves. Merium was the initial one we dealt with in watching her play with her child that she indeed brought to her job, not paying full attention to us the ones that matter. Please really think about going to this digusting place that their staff SUCKS, you will get treated like CRAP the entire time dealing with such morons.

Lady/Gentleman! In some states if the landlords don't return the security deposit within the legal time they have to give you double the amount. Check the laws in Florida. They are the least fair and decent in the country but for "face keeping" they do exist. Go take their sorry ass to the court and suit them for everything you can.
