Long-Time Resident - I have enjoyed living at 210 Watermark for more than 4 years. Recently, Mickelson sold the property to ZRS Managment. My new home at Solana Vista My husband and I moved from Dayton Ohio in November and everyday is a new adventure. The staff at Solana Vista is friendly, helpful in every decision we made from our move to everything after.

Friendly and Beautiful I am impressed with my stay at Cypress Winds. Although living in a community has its downsides (noise and neighbors), overall you get what you pay for here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the best place I have found for me and my pet.
