I have been here for two years and the place does have a lot of older people in their thirties and fourties that value quiet and privacy. Not many "Rappy ass-clowns" or "Self absorbed cell-yuppies here"..Mostly Real people who don't want to pay a real fortune for a home in this overvalued area. Nothing bad about that at all. The office is not too bad and the service is about on par with an "east-coast" establishment "Want to know your problem... could care less about you personally)Typical Tampa...came from New York packed my attitude with me kind of people renting here..not southerners, and have to be reminded to say good morning when you pass them. The maintenance staff is excellent they come and fix when called and are very friendly. A little on the pricey side but not bad considering what it would cost to own a home in Brandon what with the taxes and all.

couldn't understand what they were saying about the whole goodbye to the morning and the new york packed my attitude, or the rappy-ass-clown sounds like this person wants someone to hold their hand but your right no one cares. From what i saw it was a very nice staff and esablishment and i plan on renting from the asprey
