I was a resident there for a year and I hated every minute of it. The grounds looked great but the manager was horrible! Every time you went in there to discuss something she never "had time" to speak with me. She always tried to make an appointment but when you went in there for your time she made some bogus excuse. Everytime I got my mail she would be outside smoking a ciggarrete talking about her son. When I would go in their to get my air filter she would be screaming at her employees. The two blondes in the front office were always nice. So is the maintence staff. The only reason I would say no to Asprey is because of Linda. She should be fired, she has no communication skills as well as no people skills. I am so glad that I went to another Sentinel Property! Try Hamlin out. They come with washer and dryers! By the way, if you choose to live at Asprey, don't live near the tennis courts or try to have a car. Parking sucks and skate boarders steal the benches and scrath up the court. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I agree.... I interviewed at the complex for the asst. mngrs position. I saw the manager curse at a porr vendor and curse a resident's name while I was in there... very rude and unprofessional!

I am a quiet, healthy, well-educated gentleman of 68. I've resided at Asprey for over six years. Having lived all over the world, I am extremely impressed with the quality of life here at Asprey. I would rank it as among the best apartment communities in the Tampa Bay area. It's clean, quiet, and secure. Office and maintenance staff, under the superb professional management of Linda Johnston, are pleasant, considerate, and responsive. They are all conscientious, and dedicated to the well-being of residents. Thanks to this exceptional team, I enjoy peaceful sunsets from my balcony over the lake; support in my daily workouts; clean, uncluttered grounds, and a community of people who respect the peace and quiet of others. I love living here!

I agree with the reviewer. Linda is HORRIBLE. She wants to control the conersation by talking OVER you. There was one time I had to yell back at her and say "can I finsh my sentence without you always interrupting me"? I guess if you are someone that is easily intimidated, her approach works. The people I feel sorry for are the ones who work for her. She treats them the same way. It very embarassing.
