If you want your car broken into on a regular basis and the office staff won't do anything about it, then you will love it here. My car was broken into 3 times in 2 months. They used a crowbar once and my car had damage. I told the manager and she asked if I had car insurance and told me to report it to my insurance company. There is so much crime here and they don't do anything about it. I had to pay to have my car fixed. The manager said it is not her responisbility. I think it is her responsbiltiy to make sure our cars don't get broken in to. I guess they tried to steal my car, but someone scarred them off. My bathroom sink had a leak for a month before they fixed it. They don't care about this complex.

Like I said I have been here for 6 years and no problems. Since when do apartment complexes take responsibility for car break-ins and guarantee security. You let me know, where, and I will certainly move there. No such place...Apparently, you have never lived in an apartment before.

I have lived in this complex for nearly 2 years. I have been in many different complexes and this one is by far the best. If you like brandon, its in a great location. Anytime I've had a problem, it was fixed promptly. I had a broken AC around midnight, and the maintenance came to my house and fixed in 2 minutes later. The grounds are beautiful, and i've never had a problem with crime or theft. I recommend anyone stay here... i wish i didn't have to move out of state.
