I have read a few of the reviews & agree with Aspey as being one of the "better" apt. complexes around. I have lived here for a few months & my girlfriend & I are "Extremely" happy with The atmosphere. I think if you look hard enough you can find fault in anything. My honest & thorough opinion is as follows: Parking is not too plentiful, but you can figure that when you drive up & apply for your lease! Noise levels are low, but that depends on your location, poolside views come with poolside noise. I live in the back facing a beautiful view of a peaceful marsh. The grounds, are kept up by a lawn service which does above average work. Safety is above average even with the gate problems. If people would STOP hitting the gates they would function properly all the time! Construction...no problems at all. Maintenance seems to be okay soo far. However I had a water leak & when maintenance showed up to fix the problem, the worker caulked the "inside" of the window. Water comes in from the "outside" not the "inside" during storms...he clearly was trying to "bandiad" the problem & cut out fast! I will be calling when the drywall warps & they have to patch the "entire" window sill. Besides the one time, they seem to be on point. The staff is very nice & professional so far, however I have complained (3) times about a few tenants leaving garbage in the breezeway because they are too lazy to take it to the dumpster & they don't want it to "smell up "THEIR" apt. So they store it where others can smell the last meal they had & attract ants, rats ect... All (3) times I was "told" a notice would be sent to the tenants & a fine would be enforced! I take pride in my residence & I am proud to have visits from friends & relatives but I gotta say ...some of these residents are practicing "the projects" living standards!!! The "integrity" of upscale apartment living has to be maintained. Soooo, I again will be visiting the front office. I have read the reviews on Linda, the property manager & I must say she handles alot of issues & is very direct! Thumbs up from where I stand!
