I read all this before i moved in and they told me not to believe it. but it is all true. that GOOD review was written by them. Parking is very very bad. i have personally seen people run into other tenants cars and they did nothing. they do not enforse guest parking. or any rules for that matter. the place looks nice but look closely- bad paint jobs and everything is fixed with super glue. if your appliances dont work right they say" sorry nothing we can do". also the walls and everything else ARE PAPER THIN. wood frames. i can here the guy peeing in the bathroom above me. pet poop is everywhere. for the rent they charge it is not worth it. if it was lower than maybe. also cops there for fights or parties every week. go somewhere else- you can find better for cheaper.

This person is full of crap. I have lived here for 7 years and the maintenance staff knows their stuff and responds quickly. Guest Parking would not be a problem if everyone would tell their visitors to use the guest parking.Fight and parties every week and cops responding-definitely not true. Very quite complex. Call Sheriff's Department to get true noise and crime reports. If you are going to dog somebody - at least be truthful and not exaggerate everything.

I agree with this review 95% although I haven't seen the cops here weekly, they are here quite often, for fights I'm not sure. So the cops thing I have to disagree with but everything else I totally agree with! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I WISH I DIDN'T!!

i agree and disagree i moved in 6 months ago and at first the place was very nice, clean and well kept. i think the thing that got me the most was lights never really get changed on the passage ways until it is to dark to see. and the day we moved in we had the accent wall done and it was painted so badly that it dripped onto the base board and all the apartment staff could say was oh that sucks. when we moved in we never got to fill out a paper with the damage done to the place already so i would suggest enforcing that when you move in. the cleaning wasnt very good inside the apartment, the cabinets smelt like marijuana and the microwave, oven and stove were a disaster. other then that just thoroughly inspect your apt before you move into it. asprey is a calm peaceful place but you have to be careful with what you move into

This is not true. I've lived here for two years. In the beginning I had a few maintenance problems and only one did I have to call and have them come back out and fix. I do have issues with the gates always being broken, but I have witnessed a lady drive her car in the gate as it was closing, that's usually the issue with the gate. Parking is bad on the right side of the office. Towards the left behind the second pool (1414 area) there are massive amounts of parking. To combat that they have offered a reduced garage price to people who live on the busier side. I will admit there is an issue with the "sound proof walls" as I've heard my neighbors showering, fighting, etc. There is also a problem in the back corner by the pond. A lot of the college kids or parents with children live over there and they ARE rowdy and their guests DO take up the parking, but if you want to do something about it call Express Towing (number on the gate) and have them tow anyone from non visitor parking who doesn't have any Asprey sticker in their window like they are supposed to.
