I am a quiet, healthy, well-educated older gentleman. I've resided at Asprey for over six years. Having lived all over the world, I am extremely impressed with the quality of life here at Asprey. I would rank it as among the best apartment communities in the Tampa Bay area. It's clean, quiet, and secure. Office and maintenance staff, under the superb professional management of Linda Johnston, are pleasant, considerate, and responsive. They are all conscientious, and dedicated to the well-being of residents. Thanks to this exceptional team, I enjoy peaceful sunsets from my balcony over the lake; support in my daily workouts, and clean, uncluttered grounds. My neighbors are of diverse ages and cultures, and respect the peace and quiet of others. I love living here!

I agree about the "Security Gates". That is why they lock ...rite?!? They have Both, at the same time,have never worked properly! Linda is hot & cold, but her job is not an easy one. However she did sign on & she is no spring chicken in this rental field game, she knows the do's & dont's & what she can "legally" get away with! Kudo's to her! We can be snobs...ALL tenants included. Fix the gates & fences with holes! At least do whats on the surface Linda!

Thank you for your response Linda (I am sorry I mean Will - strive_for_excellence ). I think it is wonderful that you are having a great experience at the Asprey. However, for the majority of us, that is not the case. My car was broken into while parked in the so called "secure" parking lot. When this was brought to Linda's attention, she basically said it was my fault. Keep in mind I lock the doors, have an alarm, and take everything out of the car. She showed no empathy. So much for the pleasant, considerate, and responsive characteristic you describe Linda as having. And if you bring to her attention what needs fixing like the gates which are constantly broken. Get ready to be yelled at and talked down to. She does the same to her staff. That is why I am puzzled at how you could be giving her such great reviews. In addition to an almost perfect rating on all the categories above including parking. Are you sure you don't work for the Asprey?

To the highly critical and uncomplimentary "Anonymous": Your "I am sorry I mean Will" sarcasm tells us all we need to know about your genuineness and sincerity. I've managed apartments in California, lived in apartments all over the world, and am retired from two professions. I recognize responsive apartment management when I see it, and it's here. You seem to have nothing positive or constructive to say, but simply focus your complaints on a person, and repeat them. Perhaps you should go back to living with Mom and Dad. The "majority of us" choose not to dignify your entries with comment. But we love you anyway, and wish you peace, health and contentment. I emphasize again: This is a clean, quiet and secure family community, one of the best in Brandon.
