Staff are adept at not following through with claims and covering their mistakes with a smile, Tennants leave trash (bottles, fast food bags, furniture) in hallways, stairwells, everywhere and hope for a storm to blow it away because it won't be picked up. Pool seemed closed more often than open, high noise levels, hooligans loiter in the parking area at night, domestic disturbances, there isn't much to like here despite the calm, clean appearance one might find during the day while appartment hunting- don't judge this book soley by it's cover- underneath the vaneer it's populated by enough dregs to lower the living experience to ghetto standards. It's for this reason we pity the good tennants that stay. If quality issues like cleanlyness, safety, peace and quiet, and living in a moderately drug free area are important to your family, consider this community with extreme caution.

Wow! With these reviews I am surprised they have any renters! I was going to check them out but now I can save myself a wasted trip.
