The management at Brandon Crossing is horrible. The maintenance is also bad. They cannot keep good people in their leasing office or maintenance men you actuaaly know what their jobs are. I have lived at Brandon Crossing for several years and the only reason that I have not moved yet is because this year I am buying a house but when my lease is up I am so out of there. Brandon Crossing used to be a place where I would always tell someone about but now I don't even mention it. When people ask where I live I just say in the Brandon area and recommend some other place to live g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Section 8? Section 8 trash?? Well, sounds like someone thinks their ---- doesn't stink! How rude of you to call people on Sect. 8 trash. Sounds like you're the trash to me Mister. I am not on sect. 8 but am planning on moving in there, because the rent is great for a soon to be single mom. And...I come from a very nice community, and from a 500K home. Just the husband gambled everything away and lost the house. Does that make me trash because I have to go from a stay at home mom to a single working mother??? I think not.

I agree with the previous response...you cannot classify all section 8 receipients as trash. I wish I could be on section 8 to help make ends meet with the way the economy is going. I recently moved into Brandon Crossing due to a seperation from my husband and now being faced as a single mother of three because of the less than market rate price for this apartment. I have been here now for 5 months, and I have received great response from maintenance as well as the office staff. As for my neighbors I speak as I come and go but other wise me and my children keep to ourselves and I have not experienced any problems.
