Maybe the problem is that they dont hire experienced people, and those that they do hire leave quite fast. I know this to be true as I know 1 maintenance man who worked for them 3 tiems, hes very well respected in the business, he quit after 2 days the last time, too mant bosses and not enough exp workers, all show and no work he told me. You can not keep tenants happy with inexperienced people working the property. All their hot air about welcome home and your satisfaction is our priorty is just that hot air! In 27 years in the business I had never let tenants move in date get past me no matter what, its inexcusable in this business, people take off work and hire trucks to move and clean their old unit up and turn in keys and voila! Their Concord apt isnt ready! And this isnt just once or twice, read it below here, happens very very often! They basically get you to move in with a lot of promises and those promises arent fulfilled! I drove this property last night, man what a scene! Music blasting, people loitering in the breezeways, and way too many people hanging out , what they were doing I didnt stick around to find out! I saw no security also.
