My husband & I recently got married and from the moment we stepped foot in that apartment, we coudn't wait for our lease to be over! There were drunken brawls on patios, needles in the parking lot and VERY shaddy people. I never once felt safe walking my dog or even coming home late after work and I will never recommend this apartment complex to another soul. Just from the first month of living there I was put under the impression that only partying college kids lived there and people collecting unemployment. I know for a fact that I left that unit cleaner than when it was given to me and the crews that clean the apartment after someone moves out, half-ass everything; 30 layers of paint on everything, missing squares of carpet, roach carcasses, knats, drains that don't drain. If this isn't enough to get you to not come here then I don't know what else will. Please, look around elsewhere. Providence Lakes is beautiful as well as Summer Palms in Riverview.
