This apartment complex was old, the carpet was old and dirty and the office staff were incompetent. We stayed there a year and were absolutely miserable. Yes the complex was quiet but that was the only good thing about it. The porches were so old and shaky.The apartments were so small and the layout was poor...the second room was basically a box.The appliances were so old...the dishwasher never worked,the stove was old and the air conditioning kept breaking down. The owner was a crook! Be warned...if you move out of this place you will get hit for a bunch of charges!!!!! Dont be deceived!

I'm relocating to Florida from Michigan. I live in my own home now and will be renting an apartment when I move there. I'm thinking about moving to Brandon Oaks. Anybody want to give me some feedback before I consider this property?
