I'm still waiting for an explanation why after living here for a year without ever paying late, being a courteous and law abiding neighbor, and following ALL of the apartment rules, I was told my lease would not be renewed!!! The Indian managers in the main office are shifty, rude, and not to be trusted. Janal said she legally did not have to inform me as to why I would not be allowed to renew my lease. If you read a good review on this place, it was definitely put in by someone working for the company. This place is NOT worth the hassle, poor quality of living, and backstabbing. Save yourself the burden and don't sign any contracts these money-hungry bottom feeders throw at you.
