After reading some of the comments, I agree with the ones about the old manager who worked here until 2003. But things really got better after that when the new owner took over and replaced the management group. The new owner spent lots of money fixing and cleaning the place up. They did a good job getting rid of most of the tenants who caused a lot of the problems. The maintenance staff ain't perfect (who is) but they are polite and do a real good job. My rent on my apt has gone up but what hasn't. When I had some money problems, they worked with me cause they told me I had been a good tenant. I would recommend Brandon Oaks to anyone who wants a nice place to live.
