I've been here at Brandon Oaks now for a few years & I have to say that whenever I've had an issue w/ anything in my apt they always come right away & fix it. The pools are always kept up & clean. Yes sometimes the gates don't work but if ppl would wait a damn minute for them to open they wouldn't come off track.
I'm about to renew my lease again & move into a 3 bedroom & I have to say this is a great place to live if you have kids & don't need anything fancy. Its quiet, clean & the staff has been great. They know everyone by name how many places can say that.
I'd have to say they're always doing something to make sure this is a great place to live! Remember these apt's have been here a long time & they're well built so you don't hear your neighbors. And the neighbors you do have are the kind that you can go and borrow milk or sugar when you need to. :)
