I have lived here for a long time. One month ago, new owners came onto the property, and it's already going downhill. We no longer have entry lights, so we are walking into VERY dark breezeways, the pools are disgusting and dirty, the laundry rooms are dirty. And they are in code violation for the roof in one of the laundry rooms. The walkways and grounds are filthy. Trash lays all over the place. The office mgr., Michelle, is more than rude. She treats the tenants like dirt. And as of yesterday we have another new girl in the office who gives you the up and down look over before she answers questions. The maintenance staff wanders around looking lost, and they do not respond to maintenance calls on the weekend or at night.

The new owners are going to raise the rent, stop after hours maintenance calls, reduce the limited amenities we have, and run off the decent tenants. By the end of the year the complex should qualify as low income government housing. Nice tax break for the owner. They are now "inspecting" each apartment and will tell us the new "rules" as soon as they are through. They do not care if we have an existing lease or prior agreements with the previous owners.

Do not move here - the office staff, owners, and maintenance staff could care less if you are a tenant. They want your rent and will do nothing to help with maintenance problems or disturbances.

Avoid this place, and most definately, avoid the office staff, unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.
