I would never recommend anyone living at Brandon Palms. Yes, the apartments are spacious, and the pool is great. That is where the great stuff ends. I found the office staff to be very rude and embarassing, the maintance people were nice but they never really fixed the problems ( leaking toilets from the apt upstairs) they basically duck taped everything.
