Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have seen public housing that is better than this dump. The office staff is incompetent and rude. They could care less if your apartment blows up- they put you on a list and you never see anyone. But if your rent is not there by the 3rd of each month they get really busy.The newest "office manager" Kanisha ( more like "donut eater") thinks she is the president of the United States of America ...come on girl go to Krispy Creme and get a job please!!!!!!
