One year of leaky refrigerator and dish washer..no response. I fixed two toilets myself cause no response. Mold is growing on the ceilings, floors, walls. I have 8 -------- living next door in a two bedroom townhouse. The noise is a problem. It's like living in a low income housing project...in Mexico. The office staff is disrespectful. They could care less that I pay rent early every month. I was told for being a good tenant they would only increase my rent by $20 a month...It's not worth what I pay now. Laundry facilities and grounds are disasters. It really went downhill fast. I am moving in 10 days after being here 1year. I am so happy to be moving, I may be able to sleep again.
