Hello everyone, I see even though Pinnacle the miracle working management company came throw nothing has change. A little FYI if you did not know Southern Florida Property Management still owns the palms it s just that Pinnacle manage it for them so that they can cover the owner ass and brings the occupancy up by presenting a new company what a big bull ----... The owner Mark has not change he has always try to convert the palms into condos since day 1. I remember when he told one of his manager please try to find the secret how Pinnacle runs there property and I will give you a Percent on the condos we sell. Will guess what the property manager left she did not want to be involved in any dirty work like that... Mark I personal think you are the worst owner out there you and your Guy Group that manages Southern Property are ---- all you do is cheat people the only Co part Owner who ever came around was Charles one of your investor who always talked about number. Now you are trying to cover this very old community into condos is this a joke are you serious when I drive home everyday I see the For sale Condo signs I just Laugh its so funny Yeah I also seen that one sigh reads as Low 90's HAHAHAHA Yeah Mark you are trying to really get some money. You are to much Pat you are also the biggest ----- ever I use to always laugh my ass of on how you worship your --- boss Mark who drives a White Mercedes By the ways you should all chase his ass out of his own Property... Everyone Please listen it was horrible about how they raise your rent to make extra money for there shity condo plans it was even worse how they did not even tell there employees that Pinnacle was taking over and everyone will be losing there jobs I will never ever forget that... None of the employees were perfect they had to cover up a lot of ---- to cover there jobs and a lot of the times there name got disrespected everyone at the office staff and maintenance staff had so much stress from the corporate name I have mentioned above.This apartment community has gone throw so much Mark People lost there jobs that day some people who lived on the property had to move out because if they did not work for the complex they could not live there any longer. Resident had roaches in there apartment the parking lot needed to be reprinted the pools were always close the landscaping look like ---- the entrance to the model look like ---- to. I don t know if you know about struggle but I am sure you are going to have it trying to sell the palms as condo. Hey Pat you hired Lisa who by the way you pat treated like ---- everything was why do the resident want to talk to me hello Pat look at the property you would get mad at Lisa because resident wanted to talk to corporate when you should of understood that the Property needed TLC and still does... So I hope you all please reconsider buying from this ---- hole because it s to late when you sign.
