I have to admit upon reading some of the other reviews that truly not everyone's experiences are the same. I do admit that we have had some very tough and difficult times in the past year but I think that Brandon Palms have significantly improved and total improvement doesn't take place overnight. I have been treated pretty good by the staff and have had most of my maintanence calls handled within an acceptable period of time. I appreciate that very much. This is my opinion and am looking forward to one more year of improvements and good quality service.
