I have been living in these apartments since March of 2001. My fiance's grandparents used to live here as well. After reading the previous ratings it is nice to know that I am not alone in my overall dissatisfaction with this property. FYI the current manager's name is Lisa who works for Southern Property Management. Ayesha (the girl desperately needing professional development) is the individual with whom most of us regularly try to hold a conversation when we are actually able to speak with a live person. Her excuses are numerous, her tone is unbearably rude, and her willingness to help is far from apparent. I have a soft spot in the wall of my second bedroom the size of a large floor tile, a hole in my patio screen 8in wide, not to mention the AC that goes out for weeks on end (I had to sleep on my living room floor), the faucet that took 6 months to finally be replaced, or the mold growing on my walls. I previously lived in one of the 1 bedroom apartments which was much worse than this one. The people upstairs regularly had an overflow with their water heater causing drippings to come through my ceiling lights and what did they do about it' They took a hair dryer to the ceiling and spray-painted over the water stain! My current apartment is so off level that my kitchen cabinet doors remain open in the far end of the room and my bedroom door will not remain open unless you place a stopper in front of it. I have had a total of 3 deliveries in the past month of which I have not been notified. I was once not even aware that there had been a package sitting in their office for 2 weeks and when my fiance went to pick it up they did not ID him or anything - just handed my package over to him. What's worse - it was my Dell computer!!! I strongly urge all current tentants to look up your rights as tentants, place all of your concerns in writing (keep a copy for yourself) and at some point either come together or individualy seek out 8 on your side. Quite frankly things do not appear that they will be getting any better.

Oh my goodness, I was thinking about being a potential resident but drama and irresponsibility of handling problems dealing with the complex or the residents, just the rudeness of the staff is enough to send me down the road to another complex, I was moving here from another state and this doesnt seem like a place I would like to reside at!!! Good Bye to what would have been a potential resident

Well I think the person writting this comment is a complete ----- who has nothing else to talk about. I bet your talking bad about Lisa and Ayesha because you never paid your rent and recieve 3-day notice's, you probably got evicted. So grow up lady. Nobody like's you at the palms. Maybe if you reported your issue to office instead of the in the internet (site), your work-orders would have got done. Thank You and have a nice life Biotch...
