First of all, to all the defenders of the last staff that was in occupation of the office. I won't call them management, because the only thing they managed to do was piss the residents off with their lack of professionalism, and willingness to do anything productive. Where is your staff you defended now' None of them are on site, they were all let go when the company in charge changed just recently. THANK GOD!!!! The old staff (manager, office assistant) are back, and taking on problems one at a time, with a head on, and honest approach. There are still some areas that seem to be lacking, and slowly getting back up to speed, but that is to be expected with the mess that it's obvious the last "staff" left in their wake. I for one am happy to see the old staff back, and am looking forward to the improvements in all aspects of the customer service, and condition of the problems within the complex. Even the maintenance crew are all more qualified and willing to get the problems solved than the last bunch of clowns we had working here.
