this place is a disaster, we are paying 700.00 for a dump hole. our children have had no swimming pool for months, our sinks are backed up our roof is leaking,we have made several requests to the new owners and we have only been here since april 1 and are trying to find a way out. The management sucks! there is not a nicer way to put it. The maintenance people have been told that they have to do everything including the pool which is a professionals job. I think we need to get together and take legal action. this place is terrible i would not even recommend it to my worst enemies. this is not a concern to the office staff because they do not live in one of these "luxurious" townhomes ha!

I agree with Santiago. This place needs to fix the major problems and stop trying to get by fixing minor problems. These apartments totally suck and nothing gets done. I have a whole list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in here and yet, nothing has been fixed. I want a refund.

this place is horrible we have holes in our screen the house smells like mold squarlls are in the roof and the walls fyi you can get very sick from them using the bathroom in your house we have a bug problem now and nothing has been done I live in fear that my children are going to get sick everyday and our light bill is atleast 250!! because nothing is up to date if i were you i would not live here your just asking for trouble i am thinking about starting a patition with all the good people that live here... but i dont think that there are enough living here to get anywhere we are counting the days ontill we get to leave this hell hole I dont even let people visit anymore this place is a health code violation waiting to explode
