this place is the worst. maintenance doesnt do anything there ask to and they dont care either. we moved in here november 2004 and we were told that everything would be done...this place was so dirty i had roach eggs in my sink the garbage disposal was rusted the shower wall was so molded they had to tear it down we had no shower for about 2 mnths there has always been squarlls in the roof and walls i have contacted them over end over ive even said i was gong to call code enforecment they really dont care i have 2 children and live in fear that one of them is going to get very sick now there are roaches and spiders (i have had to buy the nets that hang from the ceiling for all of our beds) in the house and still nothing i cant wait ontil my lease is up somtimes i just want to cry ...now the whole house reeks of mold and im not the only person with that problem oh ya and our light bill is always at least 250.00 because nothing is up to date becky doesnt care she nice to your face but but doesnt do anything about the problems i should mention that this place since november has been under 4 different management companies because nobody wants to spend the money and fix all the problems

ps. fyi the squarlls using the bathroom in the roof and walls can make you very ill and can even cause death to the elderly and young childern so if you were concidering brandon palms...its not a good idea onless you like to be sick in live in a health code violation everyday

I live there, too, and have had nothing but trouble. Read up on the Florida laws between tennants & landlords. You have the right to withhold rent if you submit to them, in writing, that you are going to do it and why 7 days before rent is due. Do NOT stay there if it is that bad. It is unlivable, which is also against the Florida laws. If you can, stay somewhere else until they fix it. You do not have to pay for the time you were not able to live there.
