I have been a tenant since May 2005. We are very dissapointed with the management here. We have put in several complaints about noise, mold, stains left on our floors from the last people who lived here, noise, etc... We have been told "we'll take care of it", "A work order has been placed and it will be taken care of very soon", and my favorite, I put a call in on a Saturday evening about our toilet not working and the response was "We'll be there first thing Monday morning to clear the outside drain".
If you like people stampeding and jumping overhead, playing loud music or TV's, being able to hear people talking loud through the walls and sealing or if you like to get Bronchitus due to mold growing under your flooring or have people taking your parking spaces because they don't live here but are coming to a party at your neighbors house, drug addicts as neighbors, people speeding through while your kids are outside playing or other tenants being aloud to disrupt any hope of peace you might have then this is the place for you.
Management told me that this was a great place to live and that they do not put up with disruptive behavior, or drugs and that there maintenance staff was very prompt and able to fix anything that needs repair.
This place is hell on earth. If anyone wants to take legal action, let me know. I'm in. I'm tired of being ignored.
I'm getting out of here asap.
